• Entries to the above Meet should be submitted using the SPORTSYSTEMS ENTRY MANAGER PROGRAMME V2. This programme can be downloaded free of charge using the Link below

• A detailed video demonstration showing the use of the programme is available below
•  
• An entry file for the Meet will be required, this can be downloaded below.
•  
• The programme from the website is in generic form and is made club specific when club details are entered. The programme will download the names, dates of birth and registration numbers of all your club swimmers registered on the ASA website.
•  
• Swimmers who are entering the County Championships can be selected and times recorded at LICENSED MEETS downloaded from the ASA Rankings list.
•  
• On completion of the entries, the Entry File should be Emailed back to the Meet Organiser – val.gawsworth@talktalk.net.
•  
• HARD COPIES should then be sent by post together with the entry fee and SAE for the return of information.
•  
• The process of entry is similar to the memory stick method, but will save time by using information already stored on the ASA database.
•  
• For clubs without internet access entries can be submitted on a memory stick using the SSENTRY programme, available from the Meet Manager (Val). Please note that this programme does not link into the ASA website.
•  
• Please remember that ONLY swims appearing on ASA rankings will be accepted for swimmers 10yrs and older. Incorrect entries will be deleted from the event and the swimmer will forfeit the entry fee.
