Swimming is a popular activity and there are a number of swimming opportunities for disabled people of all ages across Cheshire. Please note there may be other opportunities which are running at facilities not in local authority ownership.

We especially welcome those who have disabilities and learning difficulties, as well as those who have recently undergone surgery or who are recovering from a period of ill-health. We also offer our support where medically swimming is advised as an effective therapy as part of the recovery process.
